Requirements
- RE5 qualified — non-negotiable
- Minimum 2 years financial services experience
- Cape Town based
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Committed to compliance and quality advice
- Hungry to build something significant
Nice to Have
- Experience at a major insurer — Sanlam, Liberty, Momentum, PSG
- Existing client relationships
- B2B sales experience

What You'll Earn

Commission Structure
- 55% net commission on all retail and asset cases
- 70% net commission on self-generated B2B business
- No salary — commission only — no ceiling on what you can earn
- Warm leads provided — reducing your prospecting burden significantly
Earning Potential
- At 5 cases per month — estimated monthly earnings: R13,200+
- At 8 cases per month — estimated monthly earnings: R21,100+
- At 10 cases per month — estimated monthly earnings: R26,400+
